Deborah Walls, our president, is located on-site at our new location in Aliso Viejo at The City Walk. "Deb" became an early leader in our industry, spearheading the strategic direction and execution of all management teams for CEO, The Walls Group, Southern California's leading executive suite company. Following a successful sale, Deb's entrepeneurial spirit has kept her hand in various service industries and senior level "management strategy" consulting ventures. Deb is also a licensed real estate specialist, as well as an accomplished professional photographer and portrait artist.
Helene Westbrook, Marketing and Client Services, was born and raised in San Clemente, CA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. Her work experience as an Account Executive in the elite equine industry sharpened her exceptional customer service and account management skills among a diverse client base of businesses, organizations, and individuals. She developed various marketing campaigns and also has experience in event coordination. In addition to her career, Helene loves to ride horses and even raised a baby horse in Coto de Caza!
Dennielle de Heras, Executive Assistant, has over 12 years of experience in Corporate Relocation Management with two Fortune 500 Companies. Dennielle's experience in the corporate housing sector is a seamless crossover into the corporate suite business. She understands the dynamics and expectations of entrepreneurs and business owners with what they need to accomplish for their clients and vendors. In addition, Dennielle is a Notary Public and is on site for your convenience. As a native of California, Dennielle continues to live in South Orange County with her husband and 8 year old daughter.
Chelsea Slayter, Customer Care Specialist, is originally from the beautiful islands of Hawaii. She recently graduated from Soka University of America right here in Aliso Viejo, CA. She received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Prior to joining Encore Offices, Chelsea has gained experience in the Public Relations industry from the various outreach programs she initiated and organized. She hopes to work directly with various business owners and companies here to utilize her Public Relations and creativity skills. In addition, she studied abroad in Nagoya, Japan and is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese. Konnichiwa!
